Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our first priority. We target building long term relationships with our Customers and proudly provide hassle-free returns and exchange services in case they are not satisfied with the order.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

You may process a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your package, in which you will need to courier it to us or you may request for an Adasat driver to collect the product at your convenience with additional charges.


Valid reasons for free returns:
(We will cover all charges for returning this item if it falls under these reasons)

  • You have received a wrong product
  • You have received a product that is not as described on the site.
  • You have received a damaged product

 

Other reasons: 

(If you return your item for these reasons, you will be responsible for paying extra costs such as shipping shall you need an Adasat courier to collect the item) 
  • You have changed your mind about product style.
  • You have changed your mind about product color.

 

Return Procedure

  • In order to return or exchange your item, please fill out this form.
  • Once the form is filled, our team will quickly evaluate the reasons for return.
  • After your return form has been approved, our team will contact you to schedule the pick up of the item. 

 

Return Condition

  • Kindly make sure the order is sent in its original packaging, complete with all parts and accessories, not damaged or used Contact lenses must be sent back with the original unbroken seal. 

 

Non-Returnable Products
You do not have a right to return, replace or exchange products if:
  • Products are not in its original packaging.
  • Products have missing parts or accessories
  • Products have been used, damaged or not in the same condition as you have received them.
  • Products (contact lenses) that have been opened from its original seal.
  • Products that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases.
  • Products that have been tampered with or have missing serial  numbers.

 

Your Refund 

  • Once Adasat has received the returned products and has carefully checked all products, we will initiate the refund process within 2-3 working days (if you do not see the refund in your account, please contact your bank).

  • You will receive the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees and bank charges if any).
  • Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you have used upon check out.
    1. If you paid by cash on delivery, we will issue a refund to your Adasat wallet.
    2. If you paid by credit/debit card, you can choose to have a refund by credit/debit card or to your Adasat wallet.

HANDLING, SHIPPING CHARGES, TAXES, OR ANY EXTRA CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
